The creation of a haptic shape response testing environment


This CD contains a copy of the source code created during the project.  It can be found the "source" directory.  All this software is intended to be compiled in an Apple OS X environment with Xcode (preferably version 2.4) and access to SensAble's Open Haptics(tm) frameworks.  To make use of the haptic functions associated with the software SensAble's PHANTOM Omni(tm) also needs to be installed and functional.

OffScreenHapticRenderer - This is the software that was created for the hapticview class.  The name of this project has no direct relation to what the software is because it was named when it was thought the software would take a particular form, which it didn't.

TestInterface - This is the software that was created to provide a program to facilitate the testing of users.  The only functional components of this software are some of the group management functionality; like creating/saving/opening groups and adding/selecting a testee.
